Your story and your struggles are unique to you. Media and family often put expectations on us that do not align with what is best for our authentic self. Family conflict, anxiety, depression, substance use, and unhealthy relationships - with ourselves and others - can be the result of these pressures. There is no one size fits all for therapy and together we will work to understand you through different perspectives and modalities, including prescribing medication if indicated, always with the goal of helping you make changes that will stick and you feel good about. , I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, treating individuals with emotional difficulties, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance abuse. I specialize in medication management and psychotherapy as well as an integrative and holistic perspective to helping you obtain mental wellness and well being. , I have a concierge-style practice limiting the number of clients I take so I am more available to each client. There is no more interesting discovery than the discovery of oneself. My passion is helping children, adolescents, and adults find satisfying, meaningful relationships with themselves and those important to them so they can feel connected and whole.
