We start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. , Carla is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and has over fifteen years experience in the psychiatric field. She has helped patients with Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, and brief psychotherapy for all ages. , Carla’s approach is to lean towards task-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused practices, which she applies earnestly to guide individuals toward achieving their mental health goals.
