About Us

I am a child and adolescent mental health clinical nurse specialist and lifespan psychiatric nurse practitioner. I love working with children, adolescents and adults with ADHD, those folk on the autism spectrum and the cooccurring disorders often seen in those with learning and neuro-cognitive differences, including anxiety, trauma and depression. I also have experience helping young women with hormone imbalances related to endometriosis, PCOS and other autoimmune or endocrine disorders. My specialty is in mindful neuropharmacology and medication management as well as integrating complementary and alternative treatment methods when possible. , A thorough evaluation will often include coordination with primary care, school, family members and other current or past treatment providers to best inform treatment recommendations and possible medication decisions.
