Then , Under The Guidance Of Dr Narvekar And Dr Nagraj Shetty, Doyens In The Field Of Sports Medicine And Arthroscopy, Dr Sushrut Rajan Got Trained In Hip/ Knee Reconstruction And Sports Medicine. He Further Went To The Prestigious Cambridge University , UK, To Fine Tune The Skills In The Field Of Hip And Knee Reconstruction. NHS-UK Is One Of The Best Run Health Systems In The World. . He Got Further Trained In The Field Of Robotic Joint Replacements And Complex Revision Hip/knee Surgeries At The Prestigious Endoklinik, Hamburg, Germany.Apart From Being A Consultant At SJRI, Dr Sushrut Was Also An Asst. Professor At JN Medical College, Wardha, Teaching The Residents, Tips/tricks And Skills In The Field Of Joint Reconstruction.Dr Sushrut Has Presented Papers Of His Work In Various National And International Conferences Like SICOT, IOACON, VOSCON, NEOCON, Cambridge Hip Meeting 2016 And Others.He Has Published His Work In The Field Of Joint Replacement/ Joint Reconstruction In Many Prestigious Journals Including The World Famous LANCET Journal.A Novel Device For High Tibial Osteotomy Called As Rigid Stepped Plate, Was Specially Designed In 2013 By Dr Sushrut Rajan To Be Used In Indian Patients With Knee Arthritis.First Ever Anterior Column Pelvis Fixation Surgery Using Stoppas Technique In Wardha And The First Ever TKR Surgery In Kawardha, Chattisgarh Was Recently Done By Him. Till Now, Dr Sushrut Rajan Has Participated In More Than 1500 Joint Replacement Surgeries.
