He developed an eclectic approach for managing these conditions, which is followed by his students worldwide. Additionally, he developed a groundbreaking Adolescent Behavior Training program to tackle current issues such as extreme aggression, drug abuse, materialistic one-upmanship, poor role models, and corruption, drawing on his research on Positive Psychology from the University of North Carolina, USA, and character building. As a teacher, Dr. Nandy has conducted over 200 workshops and lectures at schools, institutes, and medical colleges, training more than 1500 students, teachers, and therapists to pursue learning disability as a career option.
