" Accepting new patients from anywhere in Idaho! Do you sometimes wonder if what youre feeling is normal? Do you wonder why you are so forgetful, why its so hard to concentrate, or why you easily get distracted? Or maybe its hard to get out of bed in the morning, you lack the motivation to participate in life anymore, and you can sometimes be tearful for no reason. Is it hard to fall asleep at night, or do you wake up multiple times, which leaves you feeling exhausted the next day? Have you experienced trauma that has left you feeling anxious and on edge? You do not have to go through these challenges alone! I would like to help. ", I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, and ADHD but I treat all mental health conditions. Each individual has a unique past, present, and future. I do not believe in prescribing or treating in a "one size fits all" fashion. I value input and feedback from my patients. , I am open-minded, holistic, and solution-oriented.
