Hi there! I’m Emily. I am a holistic and integrative PMHNP committed to helping you achieve optimal mental well-being. I treat adults, adolescents and children. I offer a warm, compassionate space and personalized approach. I am trained in traditional psychiatry and have also completed an internship in integrative psychiatry. My goal is to get to the root cause of your issues, rather than just apply a “bandaid” solution. I will work alongside you to heal your body, mind and spirit , I offer a variety of specialized testing, nutritional guidance, orthomolecular medicine, psychotherapy, energy work and conservative medication management. I understand the mind, body and spiritual connection and therefore take a multidisciplinary approach to healing the whole person. , I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help and I would love to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
