I specialize in working with adults and teenagers who are struggling with trauma, mood disorders which includes depression and anxiety, as well as a variety of other co-occurring disorders. This includes the specialized field of Eating Disorders, and Family-Based therapy. Based on how a client presents themselves, I will tailor my interventions accordingly to ensure optimal treatment and support. , I commonly use trauma-informed interventions including CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and some DBT skills, as my modalities of treatment since these interventions prove to be effective with these populations. , Change begins with awareness, and we will begin the exploration process together.
