Hello! I work with women and men who struggle with feeling unbalanced or lacking joy in their lives. In your early adulthood, this unsettled feeling may be brought on by an interest in self-improvement or finding purpose in life. From mid-life on, it can be brought on by sudden, unexpected, life changes such as divorce, other loss or noticing an absence of joy. I believe we all have the capacity to transform ourselves, yet sometimes we may need someone who can guide us on our path to wellness. , Life is meant to be enjoyed and full of love & happiness! However, sometimes it can feel hard, confusing, disappointing and painful. It may become too much to handle on your own no matter how much you try. My mission is to help you, with the goal of providing you with the right tools so that you can reach a better state of mind and create a joy-filled life. , I believe strongly that it is okay to reach out for help. In fact, it’s a wonderful and healthy step to find someone with whom you can share your feelings, experiences and problems. The right person can listen to you and provide validating, supportive feedback and possible solutions. My mission is to be that person for you.
