I am a Supervisee in Social Work under Tierra Hereford. I offer tele-health services in Virginia and DC. You will find that I provide a judgement free space where you can be honest about the struggles that have led you to therapy. I help support clients in reaching their goals, increasing their understanding of themselves and others, and healing by providing a supportive, safe, and warm therapeutic environment. I specialize in helping patients work through challenges with trauma/PTSD diagnosis, LGBTQ+ population, and grief & loss. I also provide therapy for other issues such as depression and anxiety. , I provide therapy virtually for individuals and couples. Depending on your needs I use a combination of insight therapy, Psycho-dynamic, DBT, EFT, behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to help navigate these difficulties and decrease feelings of shame, guilt, and loneliness. , Deciding to pursue therapy can be a difficult decision.
