Reaching out for support during times of struggle can be difficult, especially if reaching out before has not gone as planned. I believe in the Person-Centred and strengths-based approaches that help foster a strong therapeutic relationship to create a safe and comfortable environment to access support during these times. I offer a non-judgmental space for processing, healing, and growth. In doing so, I am grateful to offer affordable support and grow into a well-rounded therapist. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, ADHD, dual diagnosis, sports-related struggles. , I am a counselling student currently attending the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program at Yorkville University. As a practicum student, I am offering affordable in-person and online services under the supervision of Dr. Kendell Banack, Registered Psychologist, PhD. , In my practice, I aim to create a space for reflection, processing, and growth.
