I view therapy as a process that can facilitate healing and change, as well as understanding and fulfillment. Whether stuck in a conflicted relationship, feeling lost, struggling with depression or anxiety, adjusting to a transition or life change, feeling unable to break unhealthy patterns or resolve past issues and pain, it can be difficult to know where to start. Together, we can explore the issues you face and identify the direction you want your life to take and the steps needed to get you there. Once established, our relationship can provide the foundation and safety for this process. , I have 20+ years of experience and offer individual, couples and group therapy. While I am a generalist, I specialize in relationship issues, eating disorders, sexual trauma, college adjustment, transitions, family problems, depression, anxiety and career issues. I also have special interest in parenting issues and infertility. , Therapy will begin where you are and together we will identify the goals of our work. I will bring my warmth, commitment and support, and offer you a safe environment in which you can share difficult feelings, begin healing, consider and approach change.
