" I want to help individuals who are looking to make a change because they feel stuck and dont know what to do. My specialty is helping people uncover the root to their problems so they can find a solution. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques that help people become aware of how their inner thoughts have power to either hurt them or help them improve their quality of life. I am a counselor who actively engages in helping create a plan and strategy to help improve your life. I will not only listen and ask the deeper questions but I also will try to come up with solutions and methods that get results. ", For over 12 years, I have been helping people repair relationships with their partners, their families, and their peers. I also help people who are struggling with death, divorce, infidelity, stress and abuse find relief. As a parent of a daughter with Autism Spectrum disorder I have helped hundreds of families understand how to live with this disorder. , My goal as a counselor is for people to walk in my door and feel loved, cared for and understood so they can begin to make positive changes in their lives and not feel alone. We live in a world where people are lonely, stressed, and hurting. I want everyone that comes to see me find relief and feel empowered to live the life they want to live.
