Some of my previous experience also includes helping navigate grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma disorders. , I have a law and psychology background along with a Masters in Mental Health&Counseling from NYU. I utilize an integration of eastern and western practices- implementing mind and body techniques, breath-work, dialectal behavior therapy, psychodynamic approaches, listening strategies, solution-focused therapy, Jungian approaches, and narrative therapy. , I will provide you with the tools to live optimally.
