I approach therapy with a holistic framework. Understanding that each of us deserve to feel happy and healthy. I have extensive experience with adolescents, parents and families, couples, and those making transitions in their lives . I have spent my career working to ensure that all people regardless of age and social location have access to mental health support, find emotional and physical safety in self and in relationships, and find purpose and motivation in their lives.I am a person centered focused therapist. I aim to ensure that every client is seen as an individual and remains the expert of their experience. View 3 Photos, I aim to Integrate talk therapy with mindfulness-based practices and skills drawn from a variety of treatment modalities including AF-EMDR, DBT and CBT and insight oriented psychodynamic therapies. I have over 15 years of experience with youth and emerging adults and specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, social skills, "launching," and relationship dynamics , I operate within social justice and anti-oppression frameworks and aim to be held accountable to the clients and communities I serve through open feedback, alliance, and reflection.
