" In life nothing happens that is not meant to happen. Sometimes what unfolds is in accordance with what we want, and reality feels good. Other times however, reality does not align with our expectations and this can be painful, difficult to accept, and even scary. Nevertheless, we can learn to be prepared and at peace with lifes fluctuations. We can learn to develop a sense of congruency between reality and our desires. I work with clients to identify and change thought patterns robbing them of this ability and help them repair damages within themselves and in their relationships. ", I provide couples and individuals the support and consistency necessary to thrive in recognizing their strengths and build confidence in who they are. Clients can work through pre-marital and marital issues,depression, anxiety, communication, infidelities, and intimacy problems at their own pace, in a compassionate and mindful environment. , " I take a holistic, collaborative, & cognitive behavioral approach to therapy to better assist individuals in their journey to heal.
