We all have the capacity to heal, both ourselves and our relationships so that we may grow to our fullest potential. I have over thirty years of experience dedicated to facilitating that process. I provide a safe and nurturing environment as the foundation for any work we do. Together we will explore your past and present, helping you face and move beyond toxic memories, change old, dysfunctional patterns, and develop your strengths. You will learn to free yourself from stuck places and rediscover yourself in vital, new ways , My approach is primarily psychodynamic although I incorporate techniques from many traditions such as cognitive, gestalt, Imago therapy for couples and mindfulness techniques for overcoming anxiety. I have many years of successful treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, gender-identity issues and more using an integrative approach. , I believe that in a nurturing environment, people heal, overcome anxiety, depression, and self-destructive habits. I have witnessed it in my practice time and again. I am an interactive therapist and will offer you the best of my insights while encouraging you to discover your own answers. In my practice, people rediscover themselves and become whole.
