About Us

I use an integrative approach when working with patients, tailoring each treatment, and each session, to meet the present needs of each patient. We all need a safe, nonjudgmental, supportive, and confidential space where we can discuss, process, and work through all of life’s challenges (past and present). And in that therapeutic space, we can learn to better understand ourselves, our relationships, feelings, patterns, and issues, and we learn to more effectively manage and work through our emotions, symptoms, fears, and the things keeping us stuck in life. , Some of the methods I use include Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Psychedelic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Drama Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I am also trained in running ceremonies and energy healing. I am an active and engaged participant in therapy and help you express feelings, gain insight, and make changes. , I have spent the past twenty years continuously studying new modalities (I am always in some type of training), participating in my own individual and group therapy, and practicing yoga and meditation in order to be the best therapist I can be for my patients, and to provide them with the most effective and safe healing methods available.
