About Us

I am passionate about breaking the stigma of vulnerability and reframing it as a sign of strength. Therefore, I invite my clients to take a step closer to becoming more comfortable with vulnerability. I understand that, while the past has shaped all of us and helps to explain who each person is today, I believes that each person still has the power to choose how their past experiences can help them thrive in the present and the future, and I am committed to helping my clients do just that. I also help clients build a more secure relationship with themself in order to connect with others in a more purposeful manner. , While working with each client, I take a holistic approach to therapy. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and motivational interviewing to guide clients toward tangible change. I have extensive experience with a diverse group of clients with a wide range of problems. , I provide individual, family, and group therapy. All sessions are virtual. Clients must be in NY or TX.
