I understand that it takes courage to take the first step toward making positive changes in your life, and together, we will explore the difficult emotions and symptoms you are experiencing, gain clarity, and build awareness of old patterns and thought processes to develop new ways of living a more balanced and peaceful life. , My clinical experience includes working with children, families, and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and addiction. My approach to therapy incorporates modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, somatic resourcing, and psychodynamics. I bring authenticity, kindness, and compassionate curiosity into each session. , I am passionate about providing an empathic, non-judgemental, and supportive space where you feel understood and seen for the person you truly are.
