I am a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapist providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and children. I specialize in working with parents navigating the challenges of parenting, pregnancy, postpartum, and transitions such as becoming a stay-at-home parent or returning to work. I am especially passionate about supporting mothers as they adjust to the personal and emotional transformations that come with motherhood, helping them find confidence and balance in this new stage of life. I also work with individuals addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and emotion dysregulation. , I strive to create a safe space for exploration and growth, fostering an environment that empowers individuals to understand their thoughts, feelings, and unconscious motivations. With children, I use play therapy techniques to foster self-awareness, strengthen emotion regulation, and build meaningful connections with those around them. , I have years of experience providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings, including psychoanalytic institute, elementary school, college counseling, and outpatient hospital settings.
