About Us

I strongly believe that all people are capable to bring about positive change in their lives. I take an action-oriented approach using Rogerian therapy and CBT interventions to enhance self-awareness, expression, and acceptance. The aim of my practice is to establish a foundation based on trust and understanding so we can collaboratively build a suitable space to face challenges while maintaining a sharp distinction between feelings, thoughts, actions, and the roles that they may fill. , I have worked with a diverse group of clientele in the form of individual, couples, families, and group counseling. I have experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, career problems, self-esteem issues/assertiveness, sexual challenges, anger management, substance use, and trauma. , During therapy, the space will also allow us to identify and explore your beliefs, past and present challenges, and patterns of behavior. With hard work this space will allow us to promote the development of sustainable resilience. I’m ready to join your team and become an ally in the fight for a better quality of life!
