As a native New Yorker and former teacher, I understand the demands of this fast-paced environment and am committed to being a trusted, steady presence for my clients. Through insightful exploration of thought and motivation patterns, clients often find greater clarity, flexibility, and a renewed sense of agency. , Through a blend of somatic awareness, psychodynamic exploration, and oftentimes EMDR, I guide clients toward greater self-understanding and resilience.
