I specializes in treating complex trauma, depression, anxiety, phase of life transitions, academic and learning challenges, family stressors, and self-esteem. Doing this will require developing a sense of trust and building a working relationship that will allow us to pursue the goals we develop together. , I use an integrative approach to help clients cultivate resilience and coping skills while also gaining a deeper understanding of the impact of past experiences and relationships on current patterns and personality styles. I draw from Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Attachment theories to support clients in their personal growth.
