Welcome! I help people foster and maintain safe, loving, vibrant and sustainable relationships with the understanding that most issues people face are relational and that healing comes from connection. I have expertise in C-PTSD, unconventional relationship structures, all stages of parenting including adult children, and climate anxiety and grief. I draw from multiple models: Emotionally Focused, Narrative, Mindfulness, Somatic, and Improv, with a sensitivity to multicultural backgrounds. I’m an actively engaged, compassionate therapist who’s fond of the saying, “People who laugh together, last together.” , " I come to psychotherapy after a significant career in children’s entertainment, childbirth and parenting education, and draw from my vast and varied life experience. Now that my youngest child is launched, Im spending the rest of my professional life helping individuals, couples, families, and groups heal, improve and enrich their relationships.
