" I am a psychotherapist, licensed in New York and New Jersey. All of my work during my private practice career has been via telehealth, and Ive found that I have established some of the most meaningful connections with individuals this way. In my virtual sessions, they continue to allow for deep reflection & opportunities to shift perspectives. Whether youre coping with grief, struggling with anxiety and/or depression, or navigating a major life change such as becoming a parent, experiencing a breakup or moved to a new city, talking through it can make life feel less overwhelming. ", Over the last 17 years, I have worked with clients of all ages who have experienced a spectrum of mental health stressors. I aim to create an environment where clients feel validated and gain a different perspective, allowing them to see improvements and feel more confident in their everyday lives. , In our initial session, I want to hear about you and how I can help unburden you from your stressors. My intention is to be a sounding board & source of unbiased support. I incorporate different approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, or mindfulness.
