Using the foundation of an authentic, trusting, and warm relationship, I use a number of modalities including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I consider my areas of specialization to be women’s issues especially for women of color, trauma, attachment issues, and managing cultural influences and dynamics.
