I work with clients of all ages in the context of individual and family therapy. I offer a goal-oriented and strength-based approach and incorporate CBT, ACT, art/narrative therapy, interpersonal therapy, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy depending on needs and preferences of each client. , While I work with adult clients with a variety of symptoms, I also specialize in both children and adolescents. I have the expertise to connect with both the child and parent alike and help families organize problems into achievable goals while finding comfort and curiosity for the journey ahead.
