About Us

I have experience conducting individual and family therapy with clients presenting with a broad range and severity of clinical issues. I have had the most experience working with those struggling with alcohol and drug addiction, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, teen/young adult concerns and various mood disorders. I have learned that people want someone to really hear them and respond with authenticity and compassion. Therapy can be a challenging journey, and it is my goal to help navigate you through the process every step of the way. , I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor with experience working with those with alcohol and drug addiction, ASD, anxiety, and depression. I use a client centered approach to help clients reach their own goals and gain better insight in their emotions. I also utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and MI (motivational interviewing). , Progress is not always as swift as we would like it to be. So much of life is out of our control but what we can learn to do is regulate our response to those unexpected challenges. When someone is brave, willing, and ready for change the world can be a better place. It is a privilege to help you a long the way.
