About Us

Whether you are clear on your goals and what you would like to change in your life or you are unsure of where to start, I am excited to start this journey with you. In my practice, I curate a space for you to feel heard, grow, and incorporate new skills and lessons in a nonjudgmental and open environment. I am passionate about empowering folks with tools they can take with them to better navigate the challenges that they encounter through daily life. I particularly enjoy working LGBTQ+ folks and those who may be navigating difficult family experiences. , I am a holistically trained, person-centric therapist, and I work with each person individually to develop a therapeutic space that works for you. I like to be personable in my approach, and believe in demystifying the therapeutic process for people. I am trauma informed and work with folks to find strategies and goals that work for them. , Sessions with me are a space where you can be your full self, with all of the identities and history that come with that, while we meet each other as two humans with differing experience. Deciding to talk to someone about what is going on in your life is a difficult and daunting task, and I look forward to meeting you and starting this journey together.
