I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Do you ever feel stuck in your life and unsure of which direction to take? Do you have trouble setting goals and sticking to them? Are there relationships in your life in which you would like to create healthier boundaries? Are you ready to make a change and develop a deeper understanding of your emotions? , While providing mental health services I strive to meet clients where they are in their lives. It can be difficult to ask for help and or to be open to change. I offer a safe space for clients to talk and receive constructive and meaningful feedback. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed approaches and strengths perspective. , I want my clients to feel empowered to make a change in their lives and work collaboratively to achieve their goals through a caring and positive working relationship. I value building an environment that is warm and empathetic. At this time I am doing tele-therapy and video sessions only. I also provide supervision for clients looking to get their license.
