I am also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which focuses on mindful and compassionate self awareness, as well as the gentle evolution in our ways of coping to truly fit our needs. Another important specialization is addressing parenting concerns. , " This includes working with women around issues that arise related to motherhood and supporting new parents in addressing: parenting challenges, issues left from one’s own upbringing, sorting out role issues with ones partner and clarifying life balance decisions.
