I will also obtain a history and after a couple of sesions I will share with you my assessment of you and your problems and will recommend a treatment approach that I think will be helpful. , I have 35+ years of experience and have been trained extensively in psychodynamic psychotherapy, hypnosis, mindfulness, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I work quite eclectically and tailor my approach to your individual needs. , I do exclusively individual psychotherapy with young adults and adults and I specialize in working with people who have traumas of various types in their histories. I also work with people who struggle with anxiety, depression and relationship issues of all kinds.
