About Us

The decision to begin therapy is often made during a complicated or difficult time. I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve emotional and mental well-being when they put their mind to it. They just may need some encouragement and support from someone they trust to help get them there. My role as your counselor is to meet you where you are so that I can support and empower you on your journey to finding that well-being. We will work together to process and create a plan that will help you to solve and overcome your challenges, and to empower you to arrive at the place you want to be. We will work together using a psychodynamic and strength-based approach to help you to understand patterns that have been developed, and to manage feelings, emotions and behaviors. I will help you to recognize your strengths, develop your sense of self and empower you to overcome obstacles. , I believe that open and honest communication is central in therapy. I strive to help my clients reach their full potential in a warm, and caring environment where empathy is central, and where confidentiality and trust are paramount. I have deep respect for the therapeutic process, and I always maintain an inclusive and non-judgmental practice.
