I work with clients on different issues including anxiety, learning challenges, social and peer relationships, family conflict and change. I utilize different therapies including a strength based approach to help individuals recognize their potential as well as a supportive and empathetic space to explore different challenges. , With children, I use play and art therapy as ways to help them learn about their feelings and find healthy ways to express themselves. With adolescents, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore the complexities of growing up and navigating the social world. With adults, I offer a place that is nonjudgmental to explore the challenges in life. , I believe that everyone has strengths and qualities to help them grow and succeed in life.
