Sometimes the best way to deal with a challenge is to ask for help. Clients I work with are motivated to get the most out of their day to day life while working towards longer term personal goals. My counseling style is based in a person-centered and existential philosophy but I am well versed in more concrete CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT methods, and I am adaptable to a wide range of client needs.
