I am certified in dialectical behavior therapy, trained in Life Goals, am currently completing a course in biblical counseling (through IBCD) & am certified in PeaceLove Expressive Arts. , I aim to create a warm & welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings, and where you can work toward valued goals.
