About Us

I have over 30 years of experience as a therapist working with clients who struggle with trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and grief and loss. As an interpersonal and relational therapist, I view the relationship between client and therapist as integral in gaining a deep understanding of clients’ emotional experiences. By exploring important insights, this approach establishes a healing connection and allows the client to break repetitive, intergenerational patterns. I work to create an environment which helps to foster agency as well as the ability to work towards change. , Throughout the life span, people encounter transitions, some anticipated and some unplanned. A transition asks a person to make changes to their existing life. One of my specialties is helping clients navigate these passages by supporting them as they process emotions, as well as assisting in setting realistic goals and learning coping skills. , I have a trauma-informed, client centered approach in my therapeutic practice, which provides a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore and work through difficult experiences at their pace and comfort level. My practice provides an intentional anti-racist and nonjudgemental space for people of all identities.
