I serve as a companion to my clients while they sort out issues in their lives. I view my clients from an empathetic nonjudgmental perspective and focus on helping them recognize their strengths while reducing their negative distortions about themselves. I treat clients who have low self-esteem, past trauma and losses, a history of anxiety, and long-term depression. I also specialize in working with couples needing to address marital issues. My clients experience being deeply respected and being able to talk comfortably and with trust.
