About Us

Minds think just like lungs breathe. Bodies feel what is happening in and around us. Actions are always happening. These three events are interwoven and part of our human experience. Sometimes though, these events cause more stress than we want and know what to do with. Sometimes we have have habits that were helpful in certain situations but are no longer serving a positive purpose, and others we care about are telling us this. If you are struggling with thoughts and emotions that have become difficult to be with and/or with behaviors that are taking you away from living your healthiest self, I would enjoy talking with you, , I enjoy working with diverse adults struggling with managing anxiety, depression, challenges with emotional regulation, histories of trauma and difficulties with life transitions. My practice is warm, inclusive, and collaborative; balancing insight work, education and direct evidence based mind-body coping skills that appeal to you. , We are filled with stories of who we think we are, who we think we "should" be, and who we want to be ideally. Learning to live with our stories while also being active creators of our present and idealized future story is challenging at times. Welcome to your next chapter of the life you want to live.
