Perhaps they have been able to keep up this pace and approach into adulthood- for a while. Many of my clients have reached a point where they want to make changes to how they approach their life, mental health, personal relationships, and boundaries. We will work together to look at your day to day challenges, and consider how systems like capitalism, racism, ableism, fatphobia, and anti-LGBTQIA rhetoric effects you and your lived experience. , My approach to therapy is rooted in building relationships with my clients that allows them to be their authentic self in a nonjudgemental setting. I want clients to know that they are not alone and to that end, I bring elements of humor, my own experiences, and genuine collaboration to our sessions.
