I was born in Bulgaria and before coming to the USA, where I completed a Ph.D. in History and MA in Mental Health Counseling, I have a business background working in Germany for 10 years. I have taught for many years as an Instructor for various Psychology and History Academic Departments and also worked as a mental health practitioner in clinics in MA. I was trained in helping clients navigate through strong emotions, deal with transition and change, self-control, anxiety, depression and emotional regulation. , Besides being personally transformed by the healing touch of mindfulness, yoga, meditation and other modalities related to the integrative and holistic approach, I enjoy helping others to appreciate the transformational touch of modalities focusing on the mind-body connection.
