I listen for what is needed and helpful in the moment, move clients toward stress reduction, and through conflict resolution, life transitions and other relationship issues. I offer tools and homework for healing and change. The tools are aimed at creating: respectful relationships, positive communication, collaboration, improved personal performance, enhancing personal authority and creating a more grounded sense of self in relationships. I offer the rationale and the practices for achieving optimum connections through personal grounding and, stress reduction, and expanded capacity to shift perspectives for improved understanding and interactions. , Being trained and certified as a professional coach in the early 2000s, clients can adapt their process with me to utilize coaching to move them more effectively toward goal completion. Clients benefit from my trauma and body based training, those being Somatic Experiencing and a body based derivative of the Enneagram.
