In the current environment, it is more important than ever to prioritize your mental health and emotional well-being. When the demand of our lives becomes overwhelming at times we can feel trapped and powerless. Often we will ignore or seek to avoid our emotional pain rather than address it. Regardless of the challenges you are facing in life, positive change is always possible. In my work as an LMHC I help individuals approach their emotional pain and experiences in a way that reduces their suffering and aids in promoting personal well-being through the use of mindfulness-based therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. , Utilizing empathy and compassion to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment which allow clients to to gain insight into their underlying issues that are causing their current symptoms and in turn aid in identifying their own personal strengths and resources that aid in helping them make the changes they desire. , I believe strongly in the resilience of people and that a healthy therapeutic relationships can promote trust, healing, and personal growth.
