As a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish and English, I strive to create a safe and culturally sensitive environment for those seeking guidance and solutions to improving their quality of life. Life is full of challenges: from relationships, families, friendships, school, and employment, to general hardships and life stressors. Sometimes, on top of those challenges, our past affects us in how we think, how we feel, and how we act. I use an integrative approach based on individual needs, to help you grow, learn and make sustainable changes to achieve your goals and navigate your life. , Through relation-based work and identification of core beliefs we will work together to self-reflect and bring attention to improving self-confidence and personal relationships. I believe in using a strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral model to promote positive life changes.I have been working over ten years offering counseling to culturally and age-diverse , individuals. I have experience working with issues related to depression, anxiety, cultural identity, empowerment, self-esteem, life transitions and changes, and relationship issues amongst others.
