About Us

I am a LICSW providing mental health treatment to adults in a variety of treatment settings. My areas of specialty include treating anxiety, depression, struggles with pregnancy and postpartum, overwhelming stress, difficulty navigating life transitions, challenges post military service, and unhelpful responses to trauma. Building a genuine therapeutic relationship is one of the key pieces to successful treatment, so I strive to create a non-judgmental environment built on trust and accountability with each of my clients. , The treatment approaches I most often use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills Training (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). Though I pull from several therapeutic models, I have been formally trained and certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. , I believe that attending to your emotional needs and your overall well-being are highly important when working toward and sustaining a rich and fulfilling life. I find that each person I work with has a unique set of strengths and meaningful values held within them that can be uncovered or built upon in an open, supportive environment.
