I provide a warm, friendly and nonjudgmental environment where you will feel supported and safe exploring challenges, learning skills and strategies to cope with issues currently being faced. My intention is to help you reduce symptoms, develop positive new behaviors and attain an enduring sense of inner peace and capacity for joyful living. , My specialties include anxiety, stress management, life transitions, low self-esteem, and spiritual challenges. I have training and experience working with adolescents and adults. I am trained in trauma, mindfulness, positive psychology and relaxation techniques which can be incorporated into treatment when beneficial. , As psychotherapy is a collaborative process, I feel strongly that successful therapy depends on a good fit between therapist and client for healing and change.
