At Mom Over Matter, I provide mental health counseling and coaching exclusively to mothers. I offer a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy, using a combination of cognitive, somatic, and relational techniques so you feel safe to explore, grow, and heal. Our work begins with a thorough assessment of your concerns. We will collaborate on a treatment plan and choose interventions carefully to meet you where you are today. , My mission is to support mothers on their path to healing. This can mean working through past trauma, exploring and changing behavior patterns, or navigating life transitions. I am a divorced and remarried mother of three. I was a single working Mom and a stay-at-home Mom.
