Working exclusively with adults (18+), my client-centered, insight-oriented, relational approach can support you during crisis and life transitions. Together we will help you develop resilience, cultivate post-traumatic growth, and live each day more fully. , As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and MBSR instructor, I offer mindfulness-based, relational and trauma-informed psychotherapy. My Masters and Doctoral degrees (both from Clark University), and post-doctoral specialization enable me to help with a broad range of concerns, as well as to provide clinical supervision of other professionals. , " By being attuned to each clients unique situation, and drawing upon this wealth of training, I tailor my therapeutic style to best meet each persons current needs.
