I help clients struggling with various depressive and anxiety disorders, problems with self esteem and relationships and issues of self esteem, grief and possible substance abuse. They may have feelings of hopelessness and lack of energy or interest in anything. They may have panic attacks and feel distressed by feelings that something bad will happen. They may have problems with relationships and having a positive future outlook. They have goals of wanting to feel better and have a more positive outlook on the future.
